There's a couple of important things you must be
aware of before you start this online course.

These are things to do with complying with Liquor and Gaming NSW' requirements for ID verification and prevention of fraud during the completion of this course.

Please read the five "tick" points below:

  • You will need to use a Computer (PC or Mac)or Tablet that has a working camera for your video verbal assessment. That could be a webcam, or in-built camera.
  • The live video verbal is easy to complete in your online browser and only takes 15 minutes.
  • Full instructions on how to join and complete the assessment are provided in your student profile.
  • In line with Liquor & Gaming NSW Requirements, you are allowed a maximum of three (3) attempts to complete an assessment activity. After 3 incorrect attempts at ANY activity, you will be required to re-train and complete a new, alternative assessment package from the beginning; so make sure you watch the training carefully and make notes where necessary
  • Successful completion of the Licensee Training will result in the automatic renewal of a current RSA endorsement on your NSW competency card.

You must hold a current* RSA endorsement on your NSW competency card (or an eligible interstate RSA certificate**) in order to complete Licensee Training.

You will be asked to confirm which RSA you hold prior to registration and, where applicable, you will be required to provide evidence of your eligible interstate RSA certificate* before you are granted access to the Licensee Training.
